airport pick-up service for new international students and postgraduate researchers.
This service is available from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi
Minh
City) to our university campus in Can Tho. If you are arriving at DNC for the first time, we
highly
encourage you to use this service.
Before booking, please prepare

Your luggage details (maximum 2 large and 1 small suitcase)
Once you have booked your travel, complete the Airport Pick-up

reserve your spot.
Airport Pick-up Service
Nam Can Tho University (DNC) is pleased to offer a one-time, 24/7 free airport
pick-up service for
new international students arriving in Vietnam for the first time.
Eligibility
You are eligible for this service if:

You are starting your studies as an international student and postgraduate researchers
at DNC

You are arriving in Vietnam for the first time
Note: If you are
traveling with other students, each person must complete the booking form individually.
How It Works

Submit the Airport Pick-up Form at least 5 business days before your arrival
date.

Our International Student Support (ISS) Team will review your request and send a
Confirmation Email within 24 hours.

Within 3 days before arrival, you will receive an Information Email from our pick-up
partner. This includes the driver's name, contact info, and instructions.

You must reply to this email within 48 hours to confirm. If we do not receive your
confirmation in time, your pick-up request will be automatically canceled.
On Arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City)

Our driver will wait with a DNC representative at the International Arrival Exit Gate,
holding a sign with your name.

The driver will arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled landing time.

Please save the driver’s phone number and your accommodation address on your
phone.

If you cannot locate the driver, connect to airport Wi-Fi and contact them via
WhatsApp.
