On the morning of August 25, 2025, at Nam Can Tho University took place to welcome the delegation of the Center for Testing and Quality Management in Education – Thai Nguyen University (CTEQ). The meeting has shown many important contents, exchanging experiences of testing and quality management, discussing cooperation orientations, as well as opening up opportunities for cohesion and development between the two sides in the near future.

Statement at the meeting, Dr. Le Hung Linh has presented highlighted achievements while sharing the training program that the Center for Testing and Quality Management in Education has been implementing in the past year. In addition, he also emphasized innovative solutions in quality assurance, as well as strategic orientation to improve the curriculum and international integration.

In the progress of working, the representative of the Center and the University Rectorate exchanged experiences and training for officials and lecturers. Besides, the two sides also discussed the standards of input, output about foreign languages for students, postgraduate students, as well as in the organization of training and examination for high school students.

Next up, Dr. Tran Thi Thuy expressed the desire for the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two sides in the coming period to develop strength, meet practical needs, and enhance the quality of foreign language training.

The meeting took place in a convenient atmosphere of openness and goodwill, opening up many practical opportunities in the field of foreign language training, aiming to improve educational quality and meet the requirements of international integration.
